Information from registration and chat
The website forwards enquiries and chat to the 5tingfuture support system used by VF. Page query parameters are stripped from the forwarded page URL. Hosting services may separately process technical request data needed to serve and protect the website.

Your choices and correction requests
Registration is optional. Submit only the contact information needed for the enquiry, and never send passwords, verification codes, payment details or identity documents through these features.
To ask about a submitted record, request a correction or request deletion, contact VF and include the registration reference or enough non-sensitive detail to identify the conversation. Support may need to confirm that the request concerns your information. This page does not promise a fixed backend retention period or an automatic deletion deadline.

This website is hosted using Vercel, and support submissions are processed through 5tingfuture. No optional advertising or analytics scripts have been added in this website release.

Privacy questions
Does starting a new chat delete the old chat?
No. It starts a separate conversation for this browser. Contact VF if you want to ask about or request deletion of an earlier support record.
Is the chat cookie a login to my game account?
No. It identifies a VF support conversation only. It does not authenticate you to a gaming platform.
