This form sends a request to VF support. A reference confirms receipt of that request; it does not activate a player account, create a password or allocate game credits. Any platform access arrangements need separate confirmation.
Prepare the details support needs
Enter your country calling code separately from your phone number. Choose WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat or Email as your preferred contact method, and supply the corresponding username, ID or address when requested. The phone field remains required whichever method you choose.
Select a platform if you have one in mind, or leave “Help me choose” selected and explain your question in the message field. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, card details or identity documents through this form.
After you submit
Keep the receipt reference and check the contact channel you selected. If no reference appears or an error says delivery could not be confirmed, ask support to check before submitting the same request again.
There is no guaranteed response time displayed on VF. Website chat is available for leaving a question and reading replies in the same browser.
Register questions
Is my registration reference a login?
No. It identifies your support request. Do not use it as a game username, password or Q4Luck entry reference.
Can I correct submitted contact details?
Contact VF with your reference and explain the correction. Do not submit another person’s contact details or sensitive credentials in chat.
