- Check how the service describes entries, points and any additional features before using them.
- Review the selected number and amount before confirming an entry.
- Look for the accepted entry in your account record. Do not rely only on a button animation.
- Use the result view for the matching round, checking whether the result is still in progress or confirmed.
Keep three records separate

Check the date before comparing numbers. Keep the round identifier, your entry reference and the displayed status. Ask Q4Luck support to explain the record if those details do not match.
A VF registration reference belongs to a VF enquiry. It is not a Q4Luck entry reference, login credential or result. For changes to an existing Q4Luck account, use that service’s own support.
