Read an offer in this order
Save the version of the terms you accepted. A short message or banner can omit conditions that appear in the full offer. If two descriptions disagree, ask the account service to clarify before taking part.
- Identify who provides the offer and which account it applies to.
- Check eligibility, activation steps and the qualifying period.
- Find the amount to which any wagering multiplier applies.
- Check game contribution, excluded activity and maximum-stake conditions.
- Read expiry, withdrawal and cancellation conditions before opting in.
The conditions behind common reward labels

Why the wagering basis changes the answer
Consider a fictional 20-unit reward with a 10× requirement. If the requirement applies only to the reward, the qualifying total is 200 units. If it applies to a 100-unit deposit plus the reward, the total becomes 1,200 units. The same headline multiplier can therefore describe very different conditions.
These figures explain arithmetic only. They are not a VF offer, an expected loss calculation or a recommendation to participate. A requirement can exceed a limit you have already set; declining an offer is a valid decision.
Promotion Terms questions
Does a bonus mean withdrawable cash?
Not necessarily. A reward can have conditions that distinguish promotional credit from a withdrawable balance. Read the account service’s terms for that specific offer.
